Greetings!

I am glad we can all gather to have a nice meal with our extended family. If you have trouble making a restaurant booking for Mother’s Day, do consider doing a nice home cooked meal for mum.
 
The white asparagus has finally hit our store! Apart from being a uniquely delicious vegetable, asparagus is a nutritious addition to any diet. It’s low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K. Additionally, eating asparagus has a number of potential health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion, healthy pregnancy outcomes and lower blood pressure. 

We have plans to make June a month to celebrate wellness and have some exciting plans including the resumption of our cooking classes!
